Formed when Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property purchased the National Rail arches, The Arch Company is the UK’s largest small business landlord. 

Both the name and brand for the newly formed company were created to reflect the unique arched spaces and their historic railway past.

A strong community presence was key to attracting tenants, so events and a monthly magazine were produced to tell the tales of the talented souls whose businesses thrived under the tracks.
